Something weird is going on here... The menu requests a 24x24 icon. Ekiga does not provide one so it scales down the 32x32 - not great but does the trick. So I created a 24x24 icon and it still does not use it. Using Glade to create a GtkImage for 'ekiga' shows it really doesn't seem to know about the 24x24 icon. Removing the 32x32 icon causes no icon to be used in the menu.
The weird thing is pidgin doesn't have a 24x24 icon but the icon looks fine because GTK+ uses the 22x22 icon and adds a border around it. Ekiga installs the following icons: 16, 22, 32, 48, 64, 72, 128 Pidgin installs: 16, 22, 48 This may be a GTK+/GLib bug ** Changed in: ekiga (Ubuntu) Status: Confirmed => Triaged -- launcher icon looks fuzzy https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/350683 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
