Steps to reproduce:
- create a launcher, open icon selection and choose "Image files"
- click on "Type a file name" (top left)
- type/paste a filename or a path, press Enter
What happens: nothing
What should happen:
- if the typed path is a folder, it should be opened in the window below
- if the typed path is a file, it should be either directly used, or its folder
should be opened in the window below and the file should become active/selected
System: Xubuntu 9.04, i386
Note: As far as I can say, this is new in Jaunty.
