Evgeny, no problem! Your effort is greatly appreciated. The information we have here is making me think the issue is relating to corrupted files where rhythmbox/gstreamer is going "I can't decode this file, so I must not have a valid decoder" instead of "I can't decode this file, so it must be corrupt". If anyone has a file which is a valid track/playlist etc but causes the codec dialog to appear please attach.
