Public bug reported:

trying to install this new version with the livecd in a laptop IBM R52 I
have a problem when I have to select what partition I want to use.
System shows that my hd is empty and not partitioned. Same information
is showed by Gparted.

However typing sudo fdisk -l in a console the following info is showed:

ubu...@ubuntu:~$ sudo fdisk -l
