Just received a notification regarding the dupe bug (https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/367936) which gave the following response from the OP -
"No thats wrong. No CD rom is used during the installation. I used a download install, not a CD install." In response, I offer - It doesn't matter what method you used to install, you will find the CD- rom has been enabled as a repository. Delete (or untick - depending on what method you use to access the sources.list) the entry for cd-rom and all will be well.
