I second this. One minute is way too long.

Currently, it can be completely disabled by right clicking on the user
menu in the upper right tray>preferences, and then deselecting the show
confirmation for shutdown button, but one should also be able to change
the timeout time from there as well, and not just completely disable or
enable it.
