Public bug reported:

Today, after switching several times between my admin acount and a
normal user, I couldn't do it anymore. I had to log out from both users.
It might be related, buy apparently, my laptop has a 'feature removed'
(not seen in windows) wireless or my wireless drive is detecting both
the model of usb wireless AND the chipset in the wireless. For some
reason, it randomly logged in the WEP encryption with both wlans, (I had
only connected one). I couldn't access the web, and this not being able
to switch between users cropped up at the same time.

Jaunty 9.04 Gateway T series, Airlink 101 usb wireless dongle.
