I'm confirming this problem. Evolution during startup asks for passwords. After cancelling for each account separately, user could get mail with F9.
I've discovered, that deleting ~/.evolution/mail/config/folder-tree- expand-state.xml causes this problem to dissapear. Although after quitting, this file is recreated and problem persist.
