I have now installed 9.04 release to a flash card and can confirm that the hotkey problems are still present for my msi wind with BIOS 1.0B. Additionally I can confirm that the behaviour of other keys has changed since 8.10. In particular the fn+f11 radio key does switch the widi on and off in 9.04. However, in 8.10 the fn+f11 key combo is actually multi-state control for wifi/bluetooth with sequence off/off wifi/off off/bluetooth wifi/bluetooth off/off. Effectively jaunty is broken for msi wind hotkeys.
