Public bug reported: Binary package hint: hplip
With official final release of Jaunty : First, when plug-in the printer the system said that I need a plugin for this printer to work. But when pressing the button to do so the window close without more move. In a second time I have installed the "hplip-3.9.2.run" package found on hplip web site but this one finish with message : warning: CUPSEXT could not be loaded. Please check HPLIP installation. Finaly I have tryed different kind of solution proposed on bug.launchpad.net like : https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/349781 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/352431 But no one go to a solution, the hplip I have installed was "python fixed" but the problem is here again.
