Looks like a duplicate of Bug# 264769 even though the hardware ID's
don't seem to match.

Bryce, I'll let you mark these as duplicate if you think it is the same
issue.

Andreas, These give you a general idea of the bug. If you can please confirm 
this is the problem you are having.

In the pictures here, the "fuzz/snow" is red, on my screen it's blue and
some colors change (example gray becomes yellowish).

This is a funny bug, because I can get it to work properly by running
xfix, changing the following in my xorg.conf:

Driver "sis"
Option "UseFBDev" "true"

and then it works for one boot. Once I reboot I get the blue static/snow
once again.

Until I'm told, I'll keep using vesa. Bryce, if you know of a better
fallback driver that give a better resolution please let me know.
