Public bug reported:

Every time when waking up from standby (suspend to RAM), my computer
screen is absolutely defaced. I can see some lines and colors, it
appears to be the screensaver password window. I can enter my password
and then I see some more orange, like maybe the standard ubuntu
background, but that's it. I can only move my mouse in a very reduced
zone on the screen, in the left upper corner. I can't read anything. All
I can do is kill X11 with Ctrl-Alt-Backspace, but this can't be the only
solution. I don't know which package may lead to such a problem, so I
left it blank.

My configuration:
* Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid Ibex
* Gnome
* Compiz
* ATI proprietary drivers, Ati X300 gfx card (connected my monitor using DVI)

Which log files should I add to my report?

Greez
