Public bug reported:

The application name of software-properties on Ubuntu menu is miss-
translated as "Software source code" instead of "Software Source" in
0.71.5 (Jaunty). It was an old problem but should already being fixed
around Feisty via Launchpad Rosetta.

However, recently, I found the the correct translation NEVER being sync
in the official software-properties source code. But the correct
translation still appear among Feisty to Intrepid because it used the
.mo in package language-pack-zh-base which synced with Launchpad
Rosetta.

In Jaunty, software-properties use it's own outdated .mo instead of the
one of package language-pack-zh-base. This make the wrong translation of
the program name back again. It is may be serious problem while it is
the name show in the main menu and may confuse new chinese user.
Moreover, it also cause the the translation of Debian Lenny's software-
properties incorrect as jaunty now.

** Affects: software-properties (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
