This is about error 15. It is very easy to hack Grub so that it ignores
the default file being not present when running the savedefault command.
Do you want me to implement it?

Or maybe that error 15 is a security measure so that you cannot choose
your boot entry when:

default saved
timeout 0

?

Should it ouput a warning message?
Which one?
Or maybe should it stop and continue  (Press any key to continue) instead of 
just echoing a warning?
