Public bug reported:
Amarok 2.1 beta under Ubuntu Jaunty 9.04 RC1 constantly re-scans music
collection every couple of minutes making it impossible to do anything
else like change settings or use cd cover art manager while it is doing
the scan. This probably has more to do with amarok being beta and jaunty
being RC1 but thought I should report the issues.
