1) Description: Ubuntu 8.10
Release: 8.10
2) don't know which package is causing the trouble
3) To log in
4) mouse is frozen in the middle of the log-in screen, keyboard does not
respond in the graphical mode, except for alt-F1, CTR-ALT-DEL, etc. Keyboard
works when running in line mode.
I am not on the machine causing the conflict.
