After some trials, I succeeded in auto-starting cntlm on reboot:
Using BUM (Boot Up Manager), I modified cntlm's priority from S20 to S60.
Now it starts ok.

This is the first bug I report on Launchpad, I don't know how to report this 
correctly.
Hope someone fixes this (eventually showing me how to do it).
