Yes, I should have said http links. It does that for me too, at least some of the time, but it gets the wrong document from the list.
For example, on page 3, if I move the cursor over "Standards conversion in Germany (1959)" a box appears, saying "http://www.bbc.co.uk/pubs/reports/1963-07.pdf", which is the URL for another paper in the list titled "T-type coaxial notch filters for use at VHF". If I click on it I get the latter.
