Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.20-4-generic

I have a couple of different IDE drives which are all being detected as
USB/SCSI. This causes the instilliation to complete, but the bootup fail
when the system discovers that the drives don't have SCSI functions.

This is repeated in the alternate cd install, the ubiquity install AND
by upgrading from dapper.

I know this is hardly any information, but am unsure as to what else I
can provide.
