One thing you might try is setting the DefaultDepth to 16.  Possibly the
24 bit depth is leading to the confusion between the driver and monitor.

You might also try specifying the monitor's HorizSync explicitly -
perhaps it is trying 30-100 when the monitor only supports 30-80.  If
you have the monitor's manual, it'll say there, or you may be able to
find it on lucom's website if you know the monitor's model.  Specifying
VertSync as a range (e.g. 60-75) could possibly help as well.
