Public bug reported:
When installing Ubuntu Jaunty 9.04-beta iso on a HP blade server, I have
no network interfaces available as the bnx2x driver isn't on the install
media.
After install the bnx2x driver is available and everything works at that
time.
It seems the bnx2x driver "just" needs to be included in the initrd
image used to run the installer.
