Same happens to me, Config as fol; Host Windows Vista home premium 64 sp1 Computer fx6800-03h Gateway I7 920 Core 9 gigs of Ram VTx/AMD-V Enabled, Nested page enable Guest 9.04 64 bit. 128m video allocated 10 gig hd allocated, 1 Gig Ram allocated. Crashes on boot up, only after first update applied after system was installed. Did not crash on first reboot. Crashes whether or not nested page is enabled. Virtual Box 2.2.0 r45846 Guest additions installed
