hi!
i wasn't able to reprodce the crash with that valgrind method (partly
because it slowed down the whole system so much, that it was hard enough
to have 1 conversation...)
but i think it's in connection with the music-tracker plugin. i noticed
that if it's running, then pidgin is causing a much higher cpu usage
(almos 10% instead of ~3%), and tends to slow down incredibly (while
typing into a conversation window the character appear with quite a
lag).
now that i disabled it, all seems fine.
