Hy all. Last night i tried to fix this but no luck. I updated the system via sudo apt-get update (am not sure does this install new kernel and is it even possible to boot to newer kernel without restarting and losing live session anyway), installed 177something drivers from "Administration>Restricted Drivers" restarted X (Ctrl+Alt+Backspace), logged in with normal resolution and in 10 seconds it crashed.
