Thank you for your bug please reopen if it occurs again or you can get
more info on what happened in the first place. I have tried opening
several attached .doc in my gmail account and they all open without a
glitch. I have a niggling feeling that this may just of been a case of
trying to access the doc whilst gmail was updating or something similar.
