sorry, but difficult to explain further. It's like I just have to click
something or go into a menu - then suddenly the entire OS is locked!!!
Only Power-off-on works. Very frustrating. Can't be my hardware -
Kubuntu 8.10 (and Windoze XP which was default installed on this Dell
PC) works fine.
