Description :

When the lptopn comback from a Suspend or Hibernate, the Wifi adapter
cannot establish a connection with whatever wifi network.

Step to reproduce : 
1. Start the laptop
2. Connect to a Wifi Network (ensure the connection is establish)
3. Suspend the laptop
4. Wait  some time
5. Resume the by pressing 'Fn' key
6. wait a bit for Network-manager trying to re-establish communication with the 
network
7. Connection to the network are impossible.
