Public bug reported: Binary package hint: metacity
Upgraded to 9.04 beta from 8.10. Now I can no longer move the panels at the top and bottom of my screen. In particular I need to move the bottom one onto a second display that lives below the primary display. I don't know if this is a metacity or gnome-panel or something else problem. lsb_release -rd Description: Ubuntu jaunty (development branch) Release: 9.04 [0721][cpbl@:~]$ apt-cache policy gnome-panel gnome-panel: Installed: 1:2.26.0-0ubuntu6 Candidate: 1:2.26.0-0ubuntu6 Version table: *** 1:2.26.0-0ubuntu6 0 500 http://ca.archive.ubuntu.com jaunty/main Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status [0721][cpbl@:~]$ apt-cache policy metacity metacity: Installed: 1:2.25.144-0ubuntu2 Candidate: 1:2.25.144-0ubuntu2 Version table: *** 1:2.25.144-0ubuntu2 0 500 http://ca.archive.ubuntu.com jaunty/main Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status ** Affects: metacity (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- gnome-panel not dockable/movable after upgrad to Jaunty https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/357746 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
