Ben, I made a patch diffing the toshiba_acpi.c files from the linux- source-2.6.17 and linux-source-2.6.20 packages. The linux-source-2.6.17 package contains a more up-to-date toshiba_acpi.c file which specifically includes support for hotkeys_over_acpi.
