Public bug reported:
Ever since upgrading to v6.10 I am not able to actually reboot my
machine. I get the same result whether using 'reboot' at the command
line or using the reboot menu option.
The system goes through the normal motions, closes all applications and
the closing splash screen finishes. It gets to the point that it should
reboot, all LED lights flash, and then the machine just halts. I have
to power-down the machine at this point.
I did not have this problem with previous releases.
