I'd like to mention that Tuesday April 7th 12 noon (ish)US eastern time Problem still exists on most recent jaunty update
unrelated: my system actually crashes unpredictably now even when I have my wireless card turned off. but I'm still capable of forcing a lock-up by connecting to this network. This bug appears to be either closely related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/336001 as my campus does have multiple WAP's for the network, or is a duplicate of it. If someone can please tell me the (exact, not a reference to a webpage that gives me general steps. hell, a script would be wonderful) steps to gather the CORRECT information for this bug, I will gather the information as soon as I know the steps. Please do not mark this as a duplicate until I can verify whether it is the same issue or not. -Mike -- [bcm...] Network-manager causes system lockup when connecting to specific encrypted network https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/289898 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
