Public bug reported: Binary package hint: ubiquity
The Ubiquity installer on Jaunty Beta Desktop CD is using translations which are more than three years old. For example, the string "ReiserFS journaling file system": https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jaunty/+source/debian- installer/+pots/debian-installer/es/800/+translate was translated on 2008-04-27 as "Sistema de archivos transaccional ReiserFS". However, Ubiquity is using the former (older) translation, "Sistema de ficheros transaccional ReiserFS", which was translated on 2006-03-17. Therefore, Ubiquity is using a translate from 2006 and ignoring the translate done on 2008. I attach an screenshot to illustrate the problem.
