Alright, I've fixed the problem. Fix: - System -> Administration -> Software Sources - Select universe and multiverse (or one of them, I don't know exactly which one) - Click Close and Reload. - Wait for the reload to finish, and run Hardware Drivers again.
It's quite easy to fix, but Hardware Drivers should just say 'Sorry, you don't have universe/multiverse enabled' or 'Would you like me to enable universe/multiverse?'
