Public bug reported:

Resuming from hibernation has worked in previous versions of the kernel,
but now it just "resumed" with a black screen and it didn't respond when
I tried to switch to tty{1,2,3,...}.

ProblemType: KernelOops
Annotation: This occured during a previous hibernate and prevented it from
resuming properly.
