A patch for
/usr/share/hal/fdi/information/10freedesktop/30-keymap-lenovo.fdi
which adds a subsection for the x200 tablet and maps tablet bezel
buttons, function shift key, and menu key correctly.

The original mappings activate gnome-screensaver for a button with a
circular arrow on it, have no atkbd mapping at all for the button with a
lock on it, and generate XF86Wakeup for both the Fn shift and the Menu
keys.
The patch also includes comments about some other key/button mapping
oddities.
