Thanks for the review Vignesh. The explanation you've provided of a
"desktop environment" is a bit over technical, but I think I understand
the concern you're raising and have added an introductory paragraph to
the -karmic branch to address this.
As for the other issue, the document now uses an apt link to install
these packages, and this is the current way that we specify installing
packages.
