You're meant to use Pulseaudio, even on Kubuntu, if I'm not mistaken.
Which would make the package needed be gstreamer0.10-pulseaudio.
On the other hand, it wouldn't be good to make this a hardcoded
dependency so perhaps gstreamer0.10-audiosink would be an appropriate
dependency.
I noticed Rhythmbox has a dependency gstreamer0.10-alsa |
gstreamer0.10-audiosink though, so I'll discuss this with the maintainer
first before proceeding.
