This is off-topic: On my duplicate, the "incomplete"-label was also not removed after I provided additional information. But it should be considered that * At least in my country (Germany) there are easter holidays, so not every (of the paid) programmers might be at work * Jaunty will be released soon. There are certainly worse problems than issues with desktop effects witch need to be solved until then. * Everyone of us is welcome to work at this bug - we are the community. Everyone of us (I don't know if the reporter himself, but the rest) can change the bug status to "confirmed". The problem at my side is, I don't know what the "standard" requirements are to fulfill "confirmed" so I won't touch this.
