Public bug reported:
There are two small problems with this file, which cause
/usr/bin/swift-synthesis-driver.bin to fail to load because of a missing shared
library.
First, the file should be called not just cepstral_swift but
cepstral_swift.conf, otherwise ldconfig will not pick it up at all
(/etc/ld.so.conf includes only files named /etc/ld.so.conf.d/*.conf).
Second, the file should contain $swift_dir/lib instead of just $swift_dir , for
ldconfig doesn't seem to recurse into the lib directory by itself.
