Public bug reported:

Pressing the Home or WWW key on a keyboard should open Firefox according
to the Internet test in the ubuntu testcases wiki:
  http://testcases.qa.ubuntu.com/Hardware/Keyboard/Hotkeys#line-69

However, after testing on a Eee 701SD and a 900, this doesn't happen.
Instead, if there are icons on the desktop, the one closest to the top
left is highlighted.

Note that I am running the latest packages as of writing this bug.
