Public bug reported: Pressing the Home or WWW key on a keyboard should open Firefox according to the Internet test in the ubuntu testcases wiki:
http://testcases.qa.ubuntu.com/Hardware/Keyboard/Hotkeys#line-69 However, after testing on a Eee 701SD and a 900, this doesn't happen. Instead, if there are icons on the desktop, the one closest to the top left is highlighted. Note that I am running the latest packages as of writing this bug. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Summary changed: - Home key in jaunty doesn't open web browser + [Jaunty] Home key in jaunty doesn't open web browser -- [Jaunty] Home key in jaunty doesn't open web browser https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/354694 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
