I'm still affected.

Workaround:

add this to /etc/rc.local

echo disable > /proc/acpi/ibm/bluetooth


** Description changed:

  Thinkpad with internal bluetooth adapter.
  
- Bluetooth is always enabled on boot.
+ Bluetooth is always enabled on boot, even if disabled on last shutdown.
+ Previuos behaivour was restoring bluetooth state.
  
- The thinkpad_acpi module used to restore the state of the bluetooth switch. 
Now
- it's always enabled after module loading.

  Earliest failing kernel version: 2.6.27-rc?
  
  Fixed in thinkpad-acpi release 0.21-20081019.
