It might help if I add that when there are multiple parts to a window - like in Nautilus where there will be the list on the left and the separate field of folder icons to the right, I can't use my mouse to get from one side to the other. I have to tab until I've gone from the left side to the right - or vice versa - and then use arrow keys. It's a real pain to use the Synaptic Package Manager as well, due to not being able to mouse between areas, and not being able to left click on the files I want to add. Hope this helps.
