Public bug reported: Binary package hint: ebox-samba
A user reported in upstream an issue with ebox-samba in jaunty [0]. eBox configures samba to connect to openLDAP through a unix socket. In previous versions samba seemed to detect that it was connecting through a a unix socket and it didn't try to start TLS on it. The result is that samba will try to connect using TLS on the unix socket and it will fail. Our fix is simple, we just disable TLS on the unix socket.
