cannot install libsdp2-dev, dependeces are broken, like
libbluetooth1-dev packege is missing:

$ sudo apt-get install libsdp2-dev
Reading package lists... Done

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
