Correction on the details of what happens: Suspends immediately, using the GUI or pm-suspend Sleep light is flashing, system is otherwise powered off I press the power button The system powers on, then off, then on again on its own The screen remains blank I have to power it off and back on, and then it boots normally (not a resume)
