Binary package hint: gnome-do

when I try to install gnome-do with apt-get I get this error: Failed to
fetch http://archive.linux.duke.edu/ubuntu/pool/universe/n/notify-
sharp/libnotify0.4-cil_0.4.0~r3032-1ubuntu1_all.deb  404 Not Found

I ran apt-get update and it does not work for me
