The title "Introduction to the Desktop" shows untranslated in Yelp in my Spanish desktop, albeit it's translated in Launchpad since 2008-03-18: https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jaunty/+source/gnome-user- docs/+pots/user-guide/es/2833/+translate (The Spanish translation is "Introducción al escritorio".)
