OK, I installed Fontforge and did some checking. All of the faces I cited do have all four standard fonts (regular, italic, bold, bold- italic). However, they all have exactly the same number of glyphs for each of the four fonts.
Furthermore, I have numerous other fonts installed on my computer that I did not cite because most people would not have them. And the problem occurs with all of them, including Adobe Pro fonts (except I cannot confirm for OOo because OOo cannot use Adobe OTF fonts). Thanks for the suggestion. But I'm curious what led you to it.
