Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

The Introductory text in mobile broadband connection wizard shows
untranslated and can't be translated

Steps to reproduce on Jaunty Beta:

0. Go into GNOME desktop using Spanish language.
1. Right click on network manager's status panel icon
2. Select 'Edit Connections'
3. In the dialog that pops up, select "Mobile Broadband"
4. Select 'Add'

You can see the following introductory English text, untranslated into
Spanish:

"This assistant will guide you through setting up a new mobile broadband
connection. The connection can be established using a mobile phone or a
dedicated data modem."

The above text also can't be translated because there's not in the
Launchpad template (which it's fully translated into Spanish nowadays):

  https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jaunty/+source/network-
manager/+pots/networkmanager/es/+translate

I attach an screenshot to illustrate the issue.

** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
