This is the 2006g -> 2006p tzdata tarball diff, which represents the dapper upgrade:
- lots of rule changes (no problem for transition) - some new timezones, e.g. Europe/Volgograd (don't break upgrades either) - Removal of America/Coral_Harbour (merged into America/Atikokan). This does break upgrades for users of this timezone, thus this needs to be automatically transitioned in the postinst.
